Integration Services

We can move your leads into and/or out of LeadLife's marketing automation system and integrate into any CRM system or other database. We can also map fields to your CRM system the way that you want, not necessarily in a predetermined process. Integrating LeadLife marketing automation software into a CRM application allows you to move those "sales ready" leads into a system that the sales representatives currently use. This integration can be as automatic as you want. For instance, when a lead hits a certain score, it can be sent to the CRM system with a message to the sales rep. Or when a lead hits a certain threshold, it can notify someone in marketing to move it to the CRM system. The amount of automation is up to you and your business process - it's not pre-determined by us. This mapping and business logic is where our consultants excel.

In addition to lead mapping, you can associate revenue as well. For example, you can move opportunity won information from your CRM system back into LeadLife's system so you can get a total picture of campaign ROI. We tie that information back to the specific lead and campaign that generated that revenue.
