What information do we collect about you?
When you fill out the contact form on our Website, we will collect and process your identification and contact details. Furthermore, when filling out the form on our Website, you can choose to share additional questions or comments with us, which we will then process.
We will then process identification and contact details of (potential) partners of Leadlife services, which were provided to us by the partners in question or made publicly available by the partners, including via social media channels.
Finally, we use cookies to collect information about your use of our Website.
As an applicant, your curriculum vitae, and your identification and contact details in order to be able to include you in the application process.
Why do we collect this information?
LEADLIFE collects and processes your Personal Data primarily to provide you with the correct execution of its services.

Under no circumstances does LEADLIFE process Personal Data to diagnose and/or treat conditions or diseases in that regard.

- LEADLIFE TECHNOLOGIES, (hereinafter “ We ”, “ Us ”, “ Our ”, “ LEADLIFE ”), a private limited company incorporated under Belgian law, with registered office at Zwaanhofweg 10, 8900 Ieper, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number 0834.079.442, and LEADLIFE BV, a private limited company incorporated under Belgian law, with registered office at Zwaanhofweg 10, 8900 Ieper, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number 737.913.939 jointly assume the responsibility for processing your Personal Data as “Joint Controllers” (hereinafter “ We ”, “ Us ”, “ Our ”, “ LEADLIFE ”), including the use of the LEADLIFE Website ( leadlife.com ) (hereinafter: “ Website ”).
- This Website Privacy Statement may be revised regularly. The most recent text is the version that you will find on Our Website. When We make changes, We will notify you of the adjustments via Our Website.
- This Website Privacy Statement does not apply to the use of the LEADLIFE Webshop located on the LEADLIFE Website. For the LEADLIFE Webshop, you should consult the privacy statement of the LEADLIFE Webshop. 3.4 Transfer to third parties
LEADLIFE treats Personal Data as confidential information and will not disclose or communicate it to any third party under any condition or for any purpose other than stated in this Website Privacy Statement, or under the conditions imposed on Us by law.
LEADLIFE may disclose your Personal Data to third parties to the extent necessary to conduct Our business activities, including but not limited to suppliers and service providers who offer services related to IT support, hosting, computer security or other specific services. In the event of a total or partial reorganization or transfer of LEADLIFE's activities, whereby LEADLIFE reorganizes, merges, transfers shares, ceases its business activities or in the event LEADLIFE goes bankrupt, your Personal Data may be transferred to new entities or third parties. Article 6 – SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
LEADLIFE takes the protection of your Personal Data seriously and takes appropriate measures at a technical, organizational and physical level to prevent destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorized access or accidental notification of your data to a third party, as well as the unauthorized processing of this data.
Should We nevertheless determine that a breach of your Personal Data has occurred and that this results in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, LEADLIFE will inform you about the breach that has occurred, including a description of the potential impact and a recommendation to limit the possible negative consequences of the breach.
However, LEADLIFE is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or unlawful use of your Personal Data by a party other than LEADLIFE.
At the same time, you are also jointly responsible for maintaining your privacy, for example by not giving third parties access to your confidential communications.
Article 7 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
This Website Privacy Statement shall be governed, construed and implemented in accordance with Belgian law, which shall apply exclusively.
The courts of the jurisdiction of East Flanders, Ghent division, have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of this Website Privacy Statement.
