This package includes:
- digital survey of your current lifestyle;
- DNA analysis;
- lifestyle blood analysis;
- DXA scan;
- Please note: a DXA scan is not permitted for pregnant women.
- Functional Movement Screening;
- exercise test;
- online results discussion with a doctor and health expert;
- clear display of your results via the Leadlife app.
The price shown above is the price of the Leadlife trajectory you are purchasing. The price of this trajectory does not include the laboratory costs for the blood analysis and the costs that may be charged to you by the doctor you consulted in the context of this trajectory. These costs are determined by the doctor or laboratory themselves and must be paid to them separately. The doctor who collaborates with Leadlife will always determine his fees in accordance with Article 33 of the Code of Medical Deontology.
