- digital survey of your current lifestyle;
- discussion of your goals and challenges with a health expert;
- clear display of your results via the Leadlife app.
Optional:
During your trajectory, it is possible to make an appointment with a doctor of your choice for a blood analysis with a focus on your lifestyle. That way, you will have those results immediately stored in your vault and processed in your dashboard for further discussion with a health expert.

The price shown above is the price of the Leadlife trajectory you are purchasing. The price of this trajectory does not include the laboratory costs for the blood analysis and the costs that may be charged to you by the doctor you consulted in the context of this trajectory. Those costs are determined by the doctor or laboratory themselves and must be paid to them separately. The doctor who collaborates with Leadlife will always determine his fees in accordance with Article 33 of the Code of Medical Deontology.
